Listing Help

Choose a plan

1. To Add your listing, go to the homepage, top menu and click add a listing.
2. Choose your plan & continue
3. You will be taken to the listing Page

To add your listing

  1. Enter your Listing Title (Business Name)
  2. Choose your location; you can input your exact address, suburb, or City.
  3. Please enter your phone number and add it to the WhatsApp block.
  4. Add your Website link (if you don’t have a website and you would like one, click on services to see what we offer at competitive prices)
  5. Please choose the category that is most applicable to the services or products we offer. If no category fits your business, please get in touch with us; we will happily add it. info@wearehomegrown.co.za
  6. Add social media links on the dropdown menu; if you have more than one social media handle, click the +plus sign to add it.
  7. Add more info, be as descriptive as possible, and think about it: if you were searching for your services or products, what would people search for and input in your description?
  8. Upload images displaying your services or products.
  9. Image size – Square images work best, 1000 x 1000 pixels, max uploading size – 2MB. If you need help sizing your images, please get in touch with us at info@wearehomegrown.co.za
  10. Upload a Feature image; this will be the first image customers see.
  11. Upload your logo (if you don’t have a logo and would like one, click on services to see what we offer at competitive prices)
  12. Enter your email address & create a username for yourself. Please tick to agree to our Terms and Conditions. Your password will be emailed to you.
  13. On the right-hand side, at the bottom, you will see a button to pay and submit your listing.
  14. You will be taken to the payment page.
  15. Once payment has been made, click “go back to dashboard” in your dashboard and “click on listing” on the left menu. You will see your listing there; that is also where you can edit it. Once the admin has approved your listing, your listing will change from “pending” to active.
  16. Please note that payment is only for one listing. If you want to add another listing, in your dashboard, in the top right-hand corner, click on the listing; you will be taken to “select your plan” and follow the same procedure as above.

To sign back into your account

  1. On the top menu, there will be a “sign-in” button; you can click on that with the username you created and the password emailed to you. If you forgot your password, click on “forgot password”.
  2. Once signed in, click on the top right hand, where it says account and click on your dashboard you will be taken to your dashboard.
