Collection & Logistics

Transport & Fulfillment
The Cinnamon Club offers several pathways for the secure transit of your commission:

• Atelier Collection: Clients are invited to collect their orders directly from our private Blouberg studio by prior appointment.
• Managed Delivery: We offer a concierge delivery service throughout the Greater Cape Town area. Our team manages the logistics and coordinates the courier on your behalf, ensuring a seamless transition from our studio to your venue.
• Client-Managed Courier: Alternatively, clients may choose to arrange their own third-party courier (Uber or Bolt). We will personally assist in coordinating the hand-over to your driver at our studio; please note that responsibility for the cake’s integrity transfers to the courier upon departure..

While we welcome specific aesthetic requests and work closely with our clients to realise their vision, final decorative nuances remain at the discretion of the pâtissier. This creative autonomy ensures that every commission is a unique, spontaneous work of art, executed to our highest professional standards.

Cancellation Policy

Terms of Cancellation
Confirmed orders are final. Should a cancellation be necessary, a 5% processing fee will be applied to cover administrative and procurement costs.
