Oli Boli started with one little boy, one pair of little feet, and a problem we simply couldn’t solve.
Our firstborn, Oliver, was the inspiration behind everything we do. When he started crawling, standing and taking his first little steps, we wanted to find shoes that were comfortable, practical and allowed his feet to develop naturally.
But we struggled to find them.
We weren’t big fans of traditional baby sneakers. They often felt too structured and narrow, squeezing little feet into a shape that didn’t feel natural. And when Oliver started trying to walk, we found that so many of the shoes we tried would simply slip off his feet.
We especially wanted something for his walking ring. His little toes were constantly rubbing against the edges and getting sore, and we searched everywhere for a soft, comfortable shoe that would protect his feet while staying securely in place.
We couldn’t find what we were looking for.
So, we decided to create this brand ourselves.
Oli Boli was born from a simple desire: to make a better shoe for little feet available. A shoe that is soft, flexible and comfortable, while allowing little feet to move as naturally as possible.
Every pair is thoughtfully handcrafted from soft, genuine leather, with comfort and growing feet at the heart of every detail. Whether they’re crawling, wobbling, playing or taking those exciting first steps, our little shoes are designed to keep up with every stage of their journey.
And the name Oli Boli? It comes from the little boy who started it all – our beautiful Oliver, or “Oli” as we call him.
What began as a solution to a problem we experienced with our own baby has grown into something we are so proud to share with other parents.
